Dr. Les Triché is a Spirit-led educator, clinical chaplain, presiding bishop, and founder whose work has transformed correctional systems, educational institutions, and communities across the globe. As Chancellor of STC&S–ICU, he has trained thousands in Scripture Therapy®, Choice Theory®, and Internal Control Living.
He developed a behavioral health program under Dr. Glasser’s mentorship that reduced recidivism from 57% to 2.9% in a California prison—earning national acclaim and the Community Service Award from the Association of Black Psychologists.
He has authored five books, established three organizational platforms, and led curriculum design for STC&S–ICU and Loyola Marymount University Extension in behavioral health, reentry, and Internal Empowerment Coaching.

As a Spirit-led leader, I believe education must be transformational, healing must be Scriptural, and leadership must be guided by the Holy Spirit. My work centers on creating a biblical and behavioral framework that equips individuals to self-counsel, live from internal control, and pursue God’s purpose with compassion and clarity.
In 2007, I was personally trained by Dr. William Glasser, who empowered me to carry forth his work and entrusted me with the Choice Theory Connections initiative. That calling became the foundation for Internal Control Living—now a global framework of personal and institutional transformation.”

Dr. RoxAnne Triché is a Spirit-empowered minister, counselor, and executive educator with a divine calling to equip individuals, families, and communities in behavioral health, mental wellness, and spiritual growth. She serves as the Executive Vice Chancellor of Scripture Therapy College & Seminary – Internal Control University, and holds executive leadership roles in Internal Empowerment, Inc., Scripture Therapy Center, Inc., and the Internal Control Living Corporation.
Her life and ministry exemplify the grace, strength, and wisdom of a woman fully yielded to the Spirit of God. With a heart for healing and restoration, she leads with purpose in the formation of Spirit-led chaplains, counselors, coaches, and clergy.

As a Spirit-led educator and counselor, I believe that healing begins with the Holy Spirit and is sustained by the Word of God. My academic and spiritual calling is to equip individuals to grow emotionally, spiritually, and behaviorally through the integrated use of Scripture, Choice Theory, and life experience.
I am committed to the formation of chaplains, counselors, coaches, and ministers who are fully yielded to the Spirit of God and trained to lead others with wisdom, compassion, and clarity. Every course I teach, every manual I co-author, and every life I touch is grounded in the belief that transformation is possible when we counsel ourselves through the Holy Spirit and make intentional choices that align with God’s will.
I was personally mentored by Carleen Glasser and have been entrusted to continue the legacy of Dr. William Glasser with biblical truth. Whether working with youth, incarcerated individuals, mental health professionals, or ministry leaders, I serve with the conviction that internal control is key to personal and communal restoration.

Doctoral Candidate Robin Elaine Stamps is a multifaceted professional whose career weaves together scientific expertise, leadership acumen, and a deep commitment to spiritual guidance.
Her academic foundation, rooted in cytotechnology and biology from the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences and LeMoyne-Owen College, paved the way for a successful career in the medical field.
Her tenure at Kaiser Permanente, showcases her ability to manage large teams, drive process improvements, and lead complex projects, including collaborations with the NIH (National Institutes of Health).
Beyond her technical proficiency, Robin’s leadership extends into the realm of spiritual development. As a Licensed Missionary and Ordained Elder, she has served Mountain’s Hope Community Worship Center as a teacher, worship leader, and executive leader.
Her ability to inspire and guide others is evident in her capacity to seamlessly blend her scientific knowledge with her spiritual insights. This unique combination allows her to approach leadership and mentorship with a holistic perspective, recognizing the interconnectedness of personal growth and professional development.
Robin’s commitment to continuous learning is demonstrated by her participation in professional development programs at Harvard University and her presentations at national research symposiums. Her certifications, including Inspector for the College of American Pathologists and Licensed Cytotechnologist, further solidify her expertise in the medical field.
She is also a member of the American Society for Clinical Pathology and the American Society of Cytopathology, reflecting her dedication to staying at the forefront of her field.

Bishop Larry H. Jordan, Sr. holds a Doctor of Divinity is the Founder and Senior Pastor of The Believers Worship Center, Inc. in Upper Marlboro, MD. He is married to Pastor Delphine R. Jordan who serves as the Co-Pastor of their ministry.
Bishop Jordan has been in ministry for over 35 years, he was ordained as a Pastor in 1991. He is an accomplished singer, songwriter, executive producer, and the author of the publication “Pastor Beware.” He has been a faithful pastor and teacher of the Word of God and continues to build on the foundation which has been laid through Jesus Christ.
He believes the Gospel of Christ and the church should impact the community. His aspiration for the community is to complete the spiritual and moral values of life by promoting the adoption and application of higher social, economical, and professional standards. He is committed to youth and young adults being delivered from drug and alcohol addictions. Concerned about the needs of the homeless, battered, abused, and those who are incarcerated.
He has developed a ministry that reaches the community through various programs instituted to serve the needs of people. His goals are to implement a more intelligent, aggressive and serviceable citizenship, which will build better communities by focusing on helping people.
He wants to see a new beginning in life for these individuals. He wants to see stronger families through marriage and prepare teens for entry into the social-economic world through higher education.
Bishop Jordan strives for “excellence” and accepts nothing less from his co-laborers in ministry, establishing The Disciples School of Ministry to prepare and ordain men and women who are called to the ministry. He created the Federation of International Ministries, Inc. This ministry’s focus centers around missions to help build, cover, and oversee churches and ministries around the world.
Bishop Jordan continually commits to reform the lives of individuals by setting a standard through preaching, teaching and demonstration of the true gifts of the Spirit and the power of God. He wants to do more than merely build a church, but to create an institution wherein our Lord Jesus Christ can be glorified through the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Rosemarie retired after 28 years with IBM, a Fortune 500 company, and now lives in central Texas. She accomplished many firsts: before joining IBM, first main frame female computer operator at another Fortune 500 company, and while at IBM she developed and taught first storage management online course, and first disaster recovery course, which proved vital after 9-11 attack on World Trade Center in New York, NY.
She received an A.A. Degree in Data Processing from Eastern New Mexico University, Portales, NM and a B.S. Degree in Human Relations and Business from Amber University, Garland TX, graduating with honors (Summa Cum Laude) and receiving the Presidential Citation:
“for her courage and perseverance in attaining a degree. Her tenacity merits recognition because it symbolized the spirit and courage of all the graduates of the university and services as an example of how one can achieve great feats when there is a courageous spirit that will not accept defeat.”
Rosemarie has a Texas Public School Teaching Certification in addition to a Librarian Certification. She strongly values education and believes education can solve social issues. During her educational experience she interviewed Jane Elliott, world renowned school teacher, known for her famous “Blue eyes/Brown eyes” exercise, which she taught the day after Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated. Her classroom mascot was “Curious George,” the mischievous monkey written by H. A. and Margret Rey. Rosemarie believes education is being curious about something and is not just for young minds.
Retirement hasn’t stopped her from being a lifelong learner. She attends Bible study weekdays and has completed Scripture Therapy® and Choice Theory® along with Basic Intensive Training from Internal Empowerment, Inc. on weekends. She lives on a ranch with her retired husband and their four dogs.
Vanessa Tasso-Pinas is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of driving high-level decision-making, ensuring regulatory compliance, and spearheading strategic initiatives in the medical device, pharmaceutical, and legacy business sectors. With deep expertise in quality management, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs, she has successfully led cross-functional teams in navigating complex global regulatory landscapes, fostering organizational excellence, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
In addition to her corporate leadership, Vanessa has recently expanded into the behavioral health field, earning a certification in Choice Theory/Reality Therapy from Loyola Marymount University, learning under the two experts in the field, Dr. Les Triché and Dr. RoxAnne Triché. As the founder of It’s Your Choice LLC, she now provides clients with guidance and support grounded in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, empowering individuals to take control of their lives and make positive, self-directed choices.
Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in high-stakes transactions, including regulatory and quality oversight during company buyouts by CooperVision Companies and Essilor Luxottica. A recognized leader in operational strategy, she has implemented robust quality management systems, including ISO 13485/ISO 14971 and FDA-compliant/EU MDR electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS), ensuring seamless compliance and many audit successes.
Key accomplishments include securing FDA approvals, leading clinical trials across multiple geographies, and successfully raising funding to support global research initiatives. Vanessa has managed multi-million-dollar budgets, led teams of up to 250 professionals, and driven groundbreaking advancements in regulatory affairs, clinical trial management, strategic communications, and engineering research and development.
Vanessa also served in the United States Air Force as a Staff Sergeant specializing in ICBM missile systems, holding Top Secret SIOP-ESI clearance. She holds advanced degrees, including an MBA from the University of Redlands and a Master’s in Physical/Cultural Anthropology from California State University, Fullerton, complemented by multiple certifications in regulatory affairs, quality management, and behavioral health counseling.

A former contractor, Richard is serves as a pastoral counselor whose passion is walking alongside others as they pursue clarity, healing, and purpose. Through years of real-world experience and heartfelt ministry, Rich developed an intuitive-based assessment tool designed to bring the often-overlooked voice within to the surface—empowering individuals to make clear, wise, and life-giving decisions across their personal lives, marriages, and business relationships.
At the foundation of Rich’s work is the spirit of the Paraclete, the ancient Greek word parakletos, meaning “one who comes alongside.” True to this calling, Rich believes in being a steady guide—neither controlling nor distant, but fully present and invested. His approach honors the dignity and potential in every person, offering encouragement, wisdom, and support at every step.
To Rich, this is more than a profession; it’s a mission. Every life he touches is an opportunity to sow hope, walk along side others for their wholeness, discover their true identity, and help them strategize plans to fulfil their purpose in life.
