STC&S Compliance Policies and Procedures

Scripture Therapy® College & Seminary provides policies and procedures consistent with its Board of Directors and Transworld Accrediting Commission International. Below, please find a summary and link to download a detailed description of each policy.

Christian Counseling and Scripture Therapy

Policy 1: Evaluations

Scripture Therapy® College & Seminary shall provide and maintain policies and procedures enabling students to provide evaluations and feedback regarding course of instruction, materials, instructor delivery and other related matters.

Policy 2: Recordkeeping

Scripture Therapy® College & Seminary shall provide and maintain written policies and procedures to ensure that the program/course records are properly maintained.

Policy 3: Attendance

Scripture Therapy® College & Seminary shall maintain policy and procedures for determining program or course credit and monitoring attendance.

Policy 4: Proof of Participation

Scripture Therapy® College & Seminary shall provide and maintain written policies and procedures to document participants’ participation in course for continuing credits.

Policy 5: Proof of Participation, Distance Learning

Scripture Therapy® College & Seminary shall provide and maintain written policies and procedures for issuing a record of course or program completion for distant learning.

Policy 6: Course Completion

Scripture Therapy® College & Seminary, Inc. shall provide and maintain written policies and procedures of the document used to award CE credit to participant; and for issuing participants a record of course completion.

Policy 7: Refunds and Cancellation

Scripture Therapy® & College Seminary, Inc. shall provide and maintain written policies and procedures related course or program cancellation policy

Policy 8: Grievances

Scripture Therapy® College & Seminary, Inc. shall provide and maintain written policies and procedures for grievance resolution and will respond to grievances from course or program participants, the Board of Behavioral Science or CAMFT in a reasonable, ethical and timely manner. Its policy and procedures shall be posted or made available upon request

Policy 9: Ethics

Scripture Therapy® College & Seminary, Inc. shall provide and maintain written policies and procedures for ethics and non-discrimination.

Policy 10: Experience & Education Equivalency and Appeals

“Experience Equivalency Credit” is awarded to students based on the results of relative learned experience obtained from spiritual and or secular experiences; or specialized training and or professional development.

Policy 11: Experience Equivalent Credits Policy

Identify the courses you desire to receive “Experience Equivalent Credits,” based upon your spiritual and secular life experiences. Credits must be approved by the Chancellor’s Office before being awarded to students.

Policy 12: Honorary Doctorate

Scripture Therapy® College & Seminary, Inc. provides honorary degrees to individuals with 15 years of ministry leadership experience; 50+ years of age; making exemplary contributions to ministries, communities, social justice or “helping profession;” and noteworthy successful experience in one or more of the approved by STC&S in the following areas:
