Scripture Therapy^®Center, Inc., (STC) is a 501 (c)(3), non-profit religious organization, ordained by God to provide tailor-made programs, services and activities for the Body of Christ. STC has three divisions: The Office of the Presiding Bishop; Scripture Therapy® College & Seminary, and the Association of Scripture Therapists and Ministry Professionals (A-STAMP).

STC is ordained by God to provide curated programs and services for the Body of Christ to provide solutions to challenges individuals face every day. It connects careful teaching of the Bible with proven strategies to empower individuals to yield to God, follow His calling, and live a joyful and meaningful life.

STC combines faith, Choice Theory Psychology, and life experiences to reach those seeking more in their daily walk with God and seeks to teach Scripture Therapy® to the world. It serves as an extension to ministries, businesses, individuals, and organizations, helping them remain calibrated to the Spirit of God, operating at its optimum level.

STC’s purpose is to help individuals help themselves; realize their vision, mission, and goals, while enhancing their relationship, behavior, choices, and trust in God, self, and others.

We provide information and training that empowers individuals to make effective and responsible choices that enhances their relationships, builds confidence, improves quality of life, and increases happiness.

Individuals who take our courses learn why and how they behave and relate Scripture to their everyday lives. Individuals increase self-awareness and emotional intelligence which enhances their ability to work well with others, their leadership abilities, and advancement potential.

STC provides teaching, counseling, and training to the Body of Christ, using Scripture Therapy® to help internally empower individuals; train trainers; provide church governance & administration; and bishop oversight services, as needed. Our services include helping clients and members develop theologically-sound principles and processes to fulfill their God-given purpose, position, and place.

Finally, the world is blessed with the publication of a wonderful new book and an international TV Show, combining Scripture Therapy and Glasser's concepts of Choice Theory and Reality Therapy. Les and RoxAnne Triche, have blended their skills to produce a powerful book and program that have the potential of helping people from all kinds of backgrounds and systems of belief. I saw, firsthand, how they work with people to help empower them to literally change their lives for the better. I saw the warmth and humor they use in their teaching of these ideas. The Triches are a dynamic duo, and their book is a must-read for anyone who wants to enhance their Spirituality and improve their happiness Quotient on day one. Scripture Therapy helps people see their real purpose in life and how they can contribute to mankind, now and for generations to come.The Triches are Glasser-trained experts at teaching Choice Theory, which explains human behavior, and Reality Therapy, which provides a method for solving some of life's most pressing problems. Combined with Scripture Therapy, relationships will improve and a whole new world of people at peace with each other can become a reality.

Choice Theory, Internal Empowerment let me describe how this way of learning has changed my life. Choice Theory has helped me in so many ways. I am a leader in my church, and I have a group of people that I have been entrusted to be overseer. I have learned from Choice Theory to allow people to make their choices, and decisions. Choice Theory has also helped me with myself to not keep looking at the past failures in my life, but to start looking at what the future holds. Being able to not allow myself to remain in the negative feedback loop. To recognize the old ways of thinking, behavior, and not allow myself to give into that way of life again. Knowing now that I have a choice.Choice Theory has helped me to see when I’ve allowed myself to be played like a piano, and now I understand that I am in control of my own choices. I’ve learned to not allow the behavior of someone else to determine my course of action. How I should respond. But I literally have my own choice in the matter.

A husband, father of two boys 12 &15, and a retired NFL veteran who suffers from severe mental & physical disorders stemming from my career in the NFL. The last thing on my list would’ve been going back to school, during a time in my life which was extremely difficult. However, I was set on making a change not knowing what would come from it, So, I took my therapist advice and used my NFL scholarship to pay for the BHP Certification. Nonetheless, I felt I had nothing to lose, pass or fail so I gave it a try. But then I met Mrs. RoxAnne one of the most understanding, supportive, and likable person you would ever meet. Then there was Dr. Les one of the most thorough professors I ever encountered and then you add Ms. Kristen without these 3 none of this would’ve been possible. Although I struggled at times, the support certainly helped me mentally and emotionally which equipped me to finish my certification with an A- something I never thought could happen. Today, I’m a certified Behavioral Health Practitioner and Founder of Tackle Health’ a Behavioral Health, Sports & Mental Wellness facility in Tempe, Arizona. My number 1 takeaway from the ‘Choice Theory/Reality Therapy’ thier Behavioral Health Practitioner program is how in control of my own responses to situations I can truly be! Once I learned that I decide how I respond, it was a matter of practicing in order to be able to actually control my reaction to situations that would usually elicit a negative feeling. I was shocked at how much power I had over my reactions. I could choose whether I let someone make me feel upset or I could choose to brush it off. I made a conscious effort to think about why I was feeling a certain way and work through that on my own. Now that I was more in control, I was able to look at each situation more objectively and make better choices about how to move forward. It is truly empowering to be able to evaluate situations and decide how to proceed without letting my feelings get the better of me. What is the Purpose of Scripture Therapy®?

How is Scripture Therapy® different from a self-help group like Alcoholics Anonymous?

Both Scripture Therapy® and Alcoholics Anonymous respect the importance of individual responsibility and faith in a higher power. However, Scripture Therapy® takes an in-depth look into an individual’s Quality World, needs, and wants.

This understanding is used to address the needs that any unhappy person (not just alcoholics) is trying to meet their needs in unhealthy or irresponsible ways.
